Grants and Programs Branch
Designs and runs the department's four grants programs from guidelines and advertising through assessment, recommendation, funding agreements, payments and acquittal, so that public money reaches community organisations fairly, on time and with a defensible record of every decision.

Who works here
Samuel Adeyemi
Samuel directs the four grants programs and the regional assessment teams, holds the delegation for grants up to $250,000 and has run public grants programs for twelve years.
Liam O'Shaughnessy
Liam assesses Community Connect and Youth Pathways applications in the Ballarat office, prepares recommendation reports and has been a grants officer for three years.

Grants Register
Records every grant application from receipt through assessment, decision, funding agreement, payment and acquittal across the four programs.
Ministerial and Correspondence Tracker
Registers ministerial briefs, correspondence, complaints, freedom of information requests and public enquiries with due dates, owners and clearance status.
Risk, Incident and Security Register
Holds enterprise and program risks, fraud risks, security and privacy incidents and WHS incidents with ratings, treatments, owners and due dates.
