Regulation and Compliance Branch
Registers funded providers, monitors and inspects services against the funded service standards, receives and assesses complaints and incident reports, investigates serious matters and takes proportionate compliance action, protecting service users and the integrity of public funding.

Fiona Callaghan
Fiona directs inspections, investigations and compliance action across funded providers, is the authorised officer under the funded service standards and joined the department nine years ago.
Mei-Ling Tran
Mei-Ling conducts inspections of funded providers in northern Victoria from the Shepparton office, assesses incident reports and joined the compliance team two years ago.

Holds enterprise and program risks, fraud risks, security and privacy incidents and WHS incidents with ratings, treatments, owners and due dates.
Grants Register
Records every grant application from receipt through assessment, decision, funding agreement, payment and acquittal across the four programs.
